The staff were helpful and kind .

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The location is quite far from the center, and taxis often refused to take us, resulting in long waits. The food was disappointing and expensive. We found much better options elsewhere. The lack of basic amenities in our room added to our frustration, leaving us feeling unsatisfied.

Travelled with my partner, spent 6 nights here and had an excellent stay. The location was remote, just next door to the most beautiful beaches, Punta Cocos, and Mexico. Plus, you could explore Tortugas. Really enjoyed this brand-new hotel, can recommend.

Staying here was good. The swing on our patio overlooking the lovely pool made our mornings relaxing. The charming staff and filling breakfast added a welcoming touch to our stay.

There is a wide array of decent food for breakfast. The staff are very kind and wonderful and deserve a 3-star rating...

We loved this brand-new hotel. The location was quiet for Isla Holbox, short walk to the truly magical quiet beach, Punta Coco. It also was in the city center. Our room was beautiful and stylish.

The room was spacious, and the serene atmosphere allowed me to unwind completely. While the access roads were challenging at times, the attentive staff was nice.

The design is minimalistic yet cozy. The pool area offers tranquility and spacious rooms ensure comfort. Breakfast and dinner are good and the staff are very attentive. I felt right at home . Highly recommend for relaxation.

The intimate atmosphere at Boutique Hotel El Nido Holbox really stood out. I loved the warm and friendly staff. They were helpful with local recommendations, guiding us on where to explore on our own. The breakfasts were fantastic, catering to our specific allergy needs and preferences. Individual portions fresh off the grill added a personal touch. The design of the hotel was elegant yet comfortable. I appreciated the clean surroundings and the well-maintained pool and grounds. The location posed some challenges. Getting into town took around 10-15 minutes and navigating through deep puddles after rain made it tough. There were also quite a few mosquitos, which the hotel acknowledged but could have been better managed. Another letdown was the golf cart rental. The hotel charged more than local rates. Despite these issues, it remained a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle.

We had an amazing time! The pool area was so relaxing, and the breakfast was so delicious with fresh fruit and pastries. Just be prepared for a cash-only payment policy, which was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel ambiance is serene and beautifully designed, perfect for relaxation, but reaching the town can be challenging due to muddy roads. The pool area needs improvement, as it’s uncomfortable and attracts many bugs, yet the staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent.

The staff here was very friendly and attentive, taking care of all my needs, while the room provided all the necessary amenities including air conditioning, a safe, and an iron and ironing board.

Huge rooms and beautiful gardens, but Wi-Fi was spotty at times.
